Welcome to our Christmas Fayre . Here are just some of the products available. Some of these and other selected products are also available for purchase online.

Heating Instructions;

Christmas pudding;

Remove from packaging, leave pudding in bowl with lid on place on a saucepan with enough water to come half way up the bowl, bring to the boil & simmer for 45 minutes (450g pudding) 90 minutes for the 900g pudding.
Please ensure water does not enter the bowl.
Do not allow to boil dry.

Microwave:- Remove from packaging, heat individual slices of pudding on a plate for 15 - 20 seconds.

Mince pies;

Remove from packaging you can leave it in the foil tray and place in pre heated oven @ 180 for 10-12 minutes.

Microwave:- Remove from packaging & foil tray heat individual pies for 10 seconds each.

Glazed apricot tart

This tart is lovely served cold with lightly whipped cream/ vanilla custard. to re heat place individual slice in microwave & heat for 10 seconds.
